Job Description
Responsible for managing the overall facility operations and maintenance of residential apartment projects. Must have strong knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lifts, DG sets, fire safety, housekeeping, and security operations. Should be capable of handling maintenance teams, coordinating with contractors and vendors, resolving residents’ complaints, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of apartment facilities.
